Zazenkai – One day retreat
A zazenkai is usually scheduled for one Sunday in months when no longer retreats are held. The zazenkai begins at 6:30am and continues until 12 noon. It includes a light breakfast and the suggested donation fee is $8. Zazenkai’s provide a wonderful way for beginning students to experience sitting for longer periods of time. The next Zazenkai is scheduled for December 6 from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Intensive Retreats – 3, 5, and 7 day
All students are encouraged to attend retreats full or part-time. Retreats help to center the student and build mindfulness. Please visit the center for the daily retreat schedule.
