Zazenkai – One day retreat
A zazenkai is usually scheduled for one Sunday in months when no longer retreats are held. The zazenkai begins at 6:30am and continues until 12 noon. It includes a light breakfast, and the suggested donation fee is $10. Zazenkai’s provide a wonderful way for beginning students to experience sitting for longer periods of time.
Upcoming Zazenkai, February 22 with Aishi Sensei
Intensive Retreats (Sesshin) – 3, 5, and 7 day
